STEP 1:
Obtain an appoinment  

In order to have an interview in the Consular Section in Quito, you should obtain a PIN number, with which to call and arrange your appointment through our call center.  Additionally, you should also arrange payment to the Banco de Guayaquil in the sum of US$131.00 for the interview.  You are permitted to pay the bank and purchase the pin at the same time, should you choose to do so. 

The cost of the PIN is US$12.00.   After you have purchased the pin, you will be able to call the following numbers from Monday to Friday between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm to schedule your appointment:

The Call Center will establish the time and date of your interview.
If you can’t make the scheduled time, you will have to complete the process again, and purchase a new pin to reschedule your interview.
