The United States Military Group - (USMILGRP)

The UNITED STATES MILITARY GROUP (USMILGP) supports Ecuador's democracy and its good human rights record, as well as U.S. policy objectives in Ecuador. U.S. security assistance programs, provided by the USMILGP, play a significant part in realizing these objectives. "Security Assistance" entails the provision of United States military equipment, training, and services to the Government of Ecuador. These programs demonstrate U.S. support to Ecuador and expose the Armed Forces of Ecuador to U.S. democratic concepts.
