South Quito Group Meeting on Microfinancing

In an ongoing Outreach effort to work with various groups in the community, on Wednesday, June 13th Arnaldo Arbesú, participated in the third gathering organized by South Quito Community leaders on this occasion focusing on the issue of microfinancing. Representatives from four different communities attended the presentation by an account associated with the microcredit organization, FINCA. This was the result of previous meetings where community members expressed their interest in receiving more information about how to go about starting and running a small business.  Among the topics that have been discussed with the group are Principles of Free Trade, Women´s Leadership in small communities and U.S.- Ecuador relations.
