The Public Affairs Section (PAS) of the U.S. Embassy works with the media, universities, cultural institutions, private organizations and other Ecuadorian organizations to enhance mutual understanding between the American and Ecuadorian people through the dissemination of information about the US, professional and academic exchange programs, cultural performances, support for English language teaching, and other programs.
