FRAUD PREVENTION UNIT

Lost or Stolen Passport with Visa 

To report a lost or stolen visa you must:

1. File a report with the Ecuadorian Police or Public Prosecutor as soon as the visa is lost or stolen.

2. Immediately after obtaining the police report, come to the Embassy weekdays during working hours.

Make sure to bring:

  • Original and one (1) copy of police report.
